The Event

The dates are April 22-May 1, 2024, with 11 days of sun, connection, adventure, REST, and mindfulness. THIS IS A NON-HEALING retreat, however, I know firsthand what traveling brings up, and sometimes it’s heavy, and then in the correct space, fkn liberating!

...You have just landed, can you feel the buzz as we step foot into Athens, Greece?

Picture the ancient Acropolis standing tall, the Parthenon's majestic ruins, and the historic Temple of Nike. But that's just the start! The next day, a short 50-minute flight whisks us away to the stunning island of Kefalonia, where paradise awaits.

Close your eyes and imagine the warm sun kissing your skin as we laze by the pool or stroll along the beautiful beach. And yes, get ready for some plate smashing and shouting 'OPA!' while we dance and immerse ourselves in vibrant local traditions. The island has so much to teach us, and we're here to soak up every lesson it offers.

Now, imagine the incredible energy as it surrounds us – me, you, and a fantastic group of 12 other women, creating an atmosphere filled with laughter, empowerment, and maybe even a spontaneous twerk or two! And... don't be surprised if a night out at a local club becomes a part of our unforgettable journey.
